CCA Supply List

    Grades 7 – 12

    Students are expected to be organized and prepared for class using whatever system works best for them individually. The following list is a place to start.  

    ·            Book covers: stretch style; large; at least 5; CCA-owned textbooks must be covered by the student

    ·            Binder OR zippered, accordion file system

    ·            Paper: lined filler paper

    ·            Paper: 1 spiral notebook per academic subject (or 1 section in a multi-subject notebook per academic subject)

    ·            Pens, pencils, highlighters

    ·            Reader’s Guide

    ·            Reformation Study Bible

    Grade 1 – 6

    ·            Erasers (“magic rub” for K-2nd grade)

    ·            Glue stick

    ·            Highlighters – Yellow (4th grade also needs one green)

    ·            Paper: 2 ream, 3 hole punched, wide margin

    ·            Pens: blue or black ball point

    ·            Pencils: 3 packs No.2 (mechanical pencil are permitted)

    ·            Pencil sharpener: small handheld with shaving catcher attached

    ·            Pencil: red – 1 pack

    ·            Pen: red 

    ·            Colored pencils: set of 12 (2 sets for 4th graders)

    ·            Reader’s Guide

    ·            Ruler, compass, and protractor to be kept at home for Math homework

    ·            Whiteout (optional beginning in 5th grade)

    ·            Math book cover 8x10 (extra large) (4th – 6th)

    ·            Paper: 1- 3 subject spiral notebook (6th grade)

    ·            Folder with pockets for reports and summaries (3rd – 6th)

    ·            Index cards: 4x6 and 3x5 (5th and 6th grades)

    ·            Markers: fine point – minimum 8 colors (5th grade)

    ·            Coins – 4 quarters, 10 dimes, nickels, pennies (1st Grade) – please send in a plastic bag

    ·            Veritas History cards on a ring or in a zippered pouch.  Please have these for the first day of school (3rd – 6th) (cards kept at home for 2nd grade)

    Kindergarten

    ·            Erasers  - pencil top and 1 “magic rub”

    ·            Pencils: No.2 yellow – set of 12 and 1 red pencil 

    ·            Pencil pouches: zipper pouch with 3 holes to be kept in a binder, no zip-lock style 

    ·            Ruler to be kept at home for math homework; metric and standard

    ·            Reader’s Guide

    ·            Child size blanket and small pillow for rest time (all Pre-K and K students)

    ·            24 pack Crayons – please keep colors green, yellow, dandelion, apricot, cerulean, violet red and indigo at home

    ·            Folders: PLAIN (no designs or pictures) with pockets, no clasps

                      Girls: one plain purple / Boys: one plain green
