CCA Development Fee

     

    What is the Fee?

    The CCA Family Development Fee is a $350.00 fee which is assessed to every CCA family each year. 

     

    How Has the Fee Changed?

    This fee will no longer be satisfied by “volunteer hours”.  CCA has always counted on, and been blessed by, the volunteer efforts of our school families.  Moving forward we are confident we will still experience the outpouring of servant hearts from our school families without the need of tracking everyone’s “hours of service”.

     

    How Can I Satisfy the Fee?

    1. Utilize the CCA Scrip and Grocery Card Program.  Each business participating in this program provides a percentage back to CCA; we  will then apply this percentage to your fee.  Example: you purchase a $100 gift card from a company which gives 10% back, and then $10 will be applied to your fee.  Remember, anyone can place an order and have it applied to your family.  Any family, friend, co-worker, etc. can place an order and have it applied to your family fee.
    2. Send in payment for the fee to the school office.

    Every family shares two expenses in common every week, food and gasoline.  It is said the average family spends between $100-$200 on groceries each week and $40-$50 on gas.    

     

    Therefore, if a school family purchased $400 of grocery cards (which give 5% back) and $160 in gasoline cards each month from either Sunoco, Mobil or Exxon (average of 5% back) for the year they would receive back $336.00!  ($240 from grocery and $96 from gas) 

     

    YES, it is that easy!   Then add in the card orders for trips out to eat, holiday purchases, school uniforms, gifts to your favorite Headmaster, etc.

     

    What Happens After We Satisfy The Fee?

    Two percent of the amount credited beyond the $350 fee will be applied to your tuition.  You can either have it applied to your remaining tuition or have it applied to the next year’s tuition.

     

    When Does It Start and End?

    The tracking will take place from May 1st, 2009, to May 1st, 2010.  In May 2010 you will receive a statement indicating any portion of your fee still owed.

     

    How Do I Order Cards?

    1. Order Form

    • Fill-out the attached order form, obtain an order form from the school office or print off one from the school website
    • Turn in the form along with payment for your cards
    • Indicate if you want the cards to be sent home with your child, mailed to you or if you will pick them up

     2. Online

    • Set up an account
    • Use the Enrollment Code:  1BDDELE73L97
    • Your cards will be ordered once we receive your payment

     

    When Can I Order Cards?

    Every other Thursday an order will be placed.  You can place an order anytime by ordering online.

     

    How Do I Pay for My Orders?

    Check:  If you are paying by check the full percentage value will be applied to your account.  They can be sent in with your child, dropped off   in the office or mailed to the school office.

    Credit Card:  Credit Card orders will have two percent less applied to your account.  Payments with a card can be made to the school office either in person or over the phone or  made online.
